Brief Introduction
※Motor parameters should be in accordance with the corresponding model number in the performance data sheet.
※The insulation class is Fgrade and the enclosure protection grade is IP54
※The appearance of the surface is free from rustbumps,pores,under-casting cracks,looseness,deformation,etc,the coating is not peeled off the lead wire is intact,and the making should be clear.
※ The shaft extension size and end face size of the motor shall comply with the requirements of the drawings.
※ The comprehensive performance,noise,vibration and temperature rise shall comply with allthe provisions in JB/T8680-2008<Y2 series(IP54)three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions.
※The axial amount of the motor shaft must not exceed 0.05mm.
※ The radial runout of the shaft extension shall not exceed 0.0025mm.
※The end face of the motor sub-port shall not exceed 0.03mm.
※The junction box outlet should be sealed to prevent foreign matter from entering the stator.
